Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Orders may ship from our U.S. warehouse or authorized fulfillment locations.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship via trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and approved freight providers.
Transit times vary by location and carrier but typically range from:
- Standard Ground: 2–7 business days
- Freight Shipments: 3–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Freight & Oversized Items
Certain products (including large wands, dual wand systems, and palletized shipments) may ship via LTL freight.
For freight deliveries:
- A delivery appointment may be required
- Liftgate service must be requested at time of order if needed
- Residential deliveries may incur additional fees
Please ensure someone is available to inspect and receive the shipment.
Inspection Upon Delivery (Important)
Customers must inspect all shipments at the time of delivery.
If visible damage is present:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
- Take clear photographs
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to report freight damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist with carrier claims.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title transfer to the buyer upon carrier pickup from our warehouse.
Once a shipment has been handed to the carrier, CarpetWands.com is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping provider.
We will assist in filing claims when applicable.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs clearance
- Import duties
- Taxes
- Brokerage fees
CarpetWands.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Carrier disruptions
- Customs clearance
- Labor strikes
- Force majeure events
