Return Eligibility
Because VPRO tools are precision instruments, returns are strictly limited to unused equipment.
- The “Water Test” Rule: A tool is considered “Used” the moment water enters the manifold, valves, or jets. Once water has passed through the system, the tool can no longer be sold as new and is ineligible for return.
- Definition of “Installed”: “Installation” or “Connection” includes, but is not limited to:
- Attaching the wand to a vacuum hose.
- Connecting the solution line to a truckmount or portable.
- Operating the trigger or running any fluid through the tool.
Any equipment showing signs of connection, scratches from hose cuffs, or moisture in the jets will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
- You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of order.
- Returned equipment must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, including all original packaging and components.
- Equipment that has been installed, connected to water or vacuum systems, or used for cleaning is not eligible for return.
All returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns Due to Change of Mind (No Product Fault)
For returns not related to a product defect, including ordering errors or preference changes:
- A 25% restocking fee will apply and be deducted from your refund.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.
Returns are accepted only if the item is unused and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Special or custom orders
- Used or installed equipment
If a non-returnable item is shipped back to us, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost required to return the item.
Warranty vs. Returns (Important)
Returns are not a substitute for warranty or service support.
- Warranty coverage applies only to defects in materials or workmanship, not preference changes or compatibility decisions.
- Performance questions, setup concerns, or service needs should be handled through our maintenance and repair process, not returns.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days, depending on your card issuer.
- Taxes and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
