Which Glide Architecture is Right for You?

• Slot Glides (VPRO Recommended) : The best choice for dirtier carpet with debris. Designed for maximum airflow and strong extraction performance.
  
• Hole Glides: The easiest to push—ideal for cleaners with back, wrist, or shoulder pain. Offers the quickest dry times and is the best choice for area rugs and portable extractors.
• Hybrid Glides: The middle ground—easier to push than a Slot, but with a different airflow profile than a Hole

Standard vs. Recessed Glide?

• Standard Glide (VPRO Recommended) : Designed for maximum all-day comfort and the easiest push on carpet. The support bridges lightly contact the carpet surface and may leave visible cleaning lines during operation.
  
• Recessed Glide (Zero Ghost Lines Option) : Features recessed support bridges to reduce visible tracking or “ghost lines” after cleaning. Because more carpet nap is pulled into the vacuum slot, recessed glides may require slightly more effort to push.

💡 Maintenance Pro-Tip: Zero-Line Restoration VPRO glides are designed with extra thickness. As the PTFE naturally wears down over time, the recessed bridges may become flush with the face. To restore “Zero-Line” performance, simply use a sharp utility knife or razor to slightly re-recess the bridges. This allows you to use the full thickness of the PTFE while maintaining a perfect finish.
